Frequently asked questions about choosing
What size do I need?
Think of your largest parcel, not the average. The Compact takes parcels up to 300 x 200 x 200 mm, the Home up to 370 x 320 x 210 mm, the Style up to 380 x 320 x 200 mm and the Plus up to 450 x 320 x 210 mm.
What if a parcel is still too big?
Then the delivery driver takes it back with them, just as happens now. If you often receive large boxes, choose the Plus: it has the largest parcel compartment in our range.
Can I also hang a model on the wall?
Yes, the Compact is a wall-mounted model and arrives pre-assembled. The Home, Style and Plus are freestanding columns that you place wherever you like.
Will my post fit in too?
With the Plus, your post goes into a separate compartment above the parcels. The Style and the Compact have a separate letter slot into the same compartment. With the Home, post and parcels go together in one spacious compartment.
Do I need to assemble the box myself?
The Home, Style and Plus come as a self-assembly kit with clear instructions. The Compact is pre-assembled, you only need to hang it.
And what if I choose the wrong model?
You have a 60-day cooling-off period. Send the box back undamaged and complete, get in touch with us and we'll sort it out together.
What to look out for
Five things that determine your choice
Briefly explained, so you can check for yourself whether our advice is right.
Start with your largest parcel
Not the average. A box that can handle your largest box can handle the rest too. The maximum parcel size for each model is shown in the comparison.
Look at the spot, not the photo
Measure the space next to your front door. If there isn't any, the wall-mounted Compact is the solution, not a freestanding column.
Post separate or together
Only the Plus has separate compartments for post and parcels. With the other models everything goes into the same compartment, with the Style and Compact via a separate letter slot.
Material determines lifespan
All models are made of 0.7 mm galvanised steel with Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment, with a key lock and two keys. Cheaper boxes are often thinner.
How much DIY do you want to do?
You assemble the Home, Style and Plus yourself using the instructions supplied. The Compact arrives pre-assembled.
