The delivery driver simply drops the parcel in through the generous flap at the top.
Can I return it?
Yes, absolutely. You buy from us without risk, because you get no less than a 60-day cooling-off period. Where you are legally entitled to 14 days, we give you plenty of time to try out the BunnyBox Home at home at your leisure. That way you can find out calmly whether the parcel box works in your spot, whether the size and assembly are what you wanted and whether deliveries go smoothly.
Not completely satisfied within those 60 days after all? Then simply send the box back and you'll get your money back. You don't need to give a reason. We only ask you to return the box complete and in good condition, preferably in the original packaging, so we can process it properly.
That way you can try the BunnyBox Home for 60 days completely worry-free. No small print, no hassle: if you don't like it, you get your money back.
What is the delivery time?
Ordering on a working day before 2pm? Then your order often goes out the same day. As a rule: order before 2pm today, often delivered tomorrow.
Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery is of course in the hands of the carrier. Do you still have questions about your delivery?

Will my parcels fit in the BunnyBox Home?
The BunnyBox Home has room inside for parcels up to 370 x 320 x 210 mm (l x w x h). That means most standard parcels fit comfortably, such as shoe boxes, clothing parcels and medium-sized boxes. Smaller parcels and letterbox post of course drop in without any problem too. Several deliveries on one day? Then several smaller parcels can go in the box at the same time.
How secure are my parcels in the box?
The parcel goes in through the generous flap at the top and drops into the closed body of the box. At the front there's a lockable door with a key lock: only you can take the parcels out again. That way your orders stay out of sight and under lock and key, even if you're away for hours or days.
What is the BunnyBox Home made of? Won't it rust?
The box is made of 0.7 mm galvanised steel sheet, finished with Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment. The zinc layer under the powder coating protects the steel against rust, so the box can stand outside for years and keep its smart appearance. Read more about our coating.
Where is the best place to put the box?
Place the box in an easily accessible spot close to your front door, where the delivery driver can easily reach it from the public road (guideline: within about 10 metres). Make sure your house number is clearly visible by the box. A flat, stable surface ensures the box stands firmly.
Is assembly complicated?
The BunnyBox Home is supplied as a self-assembly kit, which keeps shipping compact and affordable. You easily put the box together yourself using the instructions supplied; basic tools and basic DIY skills are all you need. Want to see how assembly works beforehand? Will my parcel still be registered as delivered?
As soon as the delivery driver puts the parcel in the box, they scan and register it as delivered to your address, just like an ordinary delivery at the door. Bear in mind that the exact procedure can differ per delivery driver and shipment; for shipments requiring a signature or ID, a delivery driver may still ring the bell.

BunnyBox is designed and put together in the Netherlands. We conceive, design and specify every model here ourselves, from the dimensions to the choice of materials and finish. We outsource the production itself to a fixed group of carefully selected production partners abroad, chosen for their craftsmanship, quality and reliability. That's how we combine a Dutch design with the right production expertise, and keep control of both quality and a fair price.
