The delivery driver simply drops the parcel in through the generous flap at the top.
Can I return it?
Yes, absolutely. You buy from us without risk, because you get no less than a 60-day cooling-off period. Where you are legally entitled to 14 days, we give you plenty of time to try out the BunnyBox Compact at home at your leisure. That way you can find out calmly whether the parcel box works in your spot, whether the size and assembly are what you wanted and whether deliveries go smoothly.
Not completely satisfied within those 60 days after all? Then simply send the box back and you'll get your money back. You don't need to give a reason. We only ask you to return the box complete and in good condition, preferably in the original packaging, so we can process it properly.
That way you can try the BunnyBox Compact for 60 days completely worry-free. No small print, no hassle: if you don't like it, you get your money back.
What is the delivery time?
Ordering on a working day before 2pm? Then your order often goes out the same day. As a rule: order before 2pm today, often delivered tomorrow.
Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery is of course in the hands of the carrier. Do you still have questions about your delivery?

What fits in the BunnyBox Compact?
The BunnyBox Compact takes parcels up to 300 x 200 x 200 mm. That covers the smaller orders that are delivered most often, such as a chemist's box, small electronics or several phone boxes (up to 9 at once). Letters go through the separate letter slot into the same compartment.
Do you regularly receive shoe boxes or clothing parcels? Then a free-standing model such as the BunnyBox Style or Home will suit you better.
How secure are my parcels in the box?
The delivery driver slides the parcel in through the flap. A non-return flap makes sure it can't be taken out again afterwards. You take your parcels out through the parcel removal door at the front, which is secured with a key lock (2 keys included). That way your orders stay out of sight and under lock and key, even if you're away for hours or days.
What is the BunnyBox Compact made of? Won't it rust?
The box is made of 0.7 mm galvanised steel sheet, finished with Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment. The zinc layer under the powder coating protects the steel against rust, so the box can stand outside for years and keep its smart appearance. Read more about our coating.
Where is the best place to mount the box?
Mount the box on a sturdy wall close to your front door, in a spot the delivery driver can easily reach from the public road. Choose a height at which the flap is easy to reach and make sure your house number is clearly visible. That makes the Compact ideal for a flat or a home without a front garden.
Is assembly complicated?
No. The BunnyBox Compact comes pre-assembled, so you don't need to put it together. All you have to do is mount it on the wall. Want to see how that works beforehand? Take a look at our instructions & explanation page.
Will my parcel still be registered as delivered?
As soon as the delivery driver puts the parcel in the box, they scan and register it as delivered to your address, just like an ordinary delivery at the door. Bear in mind that the exact procedure can differ per delivery driver and shipment; for shipments requiring a signature or ID, a delivery driver may still ring the bell.

We outsource the production itself to a fixed group of carefully selected production partners abroad, chosen for their craftsmanship, quality and reliability. That's how we combine a Dutch design with the right production expertise, and keep control of both quality and a fair price.
