Parcel letterboxes in six answers

The basics, without the fuss. If you want the full story, it's in the guides above.

What is a parcel letterbox?

A lockable box with extra capacity, so a delivery driver can leave a parcel and then close the flap. Post and parcels arrive in the same place, at your own home.

What fits inside?

We make four series. The Compact takes parcels up to 300 x 200 x 200 mm, the Style up to 350 x 320 x 200, the Home up to 370 x 320 x 210 and the Plus up to 450 x 320 x 210 mm. The parcel compartment of a freestanding model is almost half a metre tall, so it holds a week's worth of orders.

Will the delivery driver actually use it?

That's the real question in this market. It depends on placement, accessibility and whether it's clear that parcels may be left here. We ask delivery drivers themselves and publish what we hear.

Where can it go?

The Dutch requirements: within ten metres of the public road, accessible without a fence or gate, and the letter opening between 60 and 180 cm high. Around 110 cm works best in practice. Our freestanding models are 100 to 112 cm tall.

What is it made of?

0.7 mm galvanised steel sheet with Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment, with a door with a key lock and two keys. Available in RAL 9005 black, RAL 9010 white, RAL 7036 platinum grey, RAL 7016 anthracite and combinations with dark teak or light oak. Made for the outdoors: rain, sun and frost.

Which model should you choose?

Choose by your largest parcel. Small deliveries: the Compact, pre-assembled for the wall. Post and parcels in one place: the Style with a separate letter slot. More space: the Home. Large boxes and post in a separate compartment: the Plus.
