Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by BunnyBox and to every contract arising from it between you and DVWZ B.V. Before you order, you can read these terms on this page and save or print them if you wish. If you would like to deviate from a provision, we will agree that together in writing in advance. If a provision in these terms turns out to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply and we will agree a replacement arrangement together that stays as close as possible to the purpose of the original provision.

The offer
All offers in the webshop are without obligation. We may amend or supplement our offer after it has been published. Every model is described as completely and accurately as possible, with photos of our own factory production, so that you get a good picture of what you are buying. Minor differences in colour or size due to your screen settings or production tolerances are no reason to assume that the offer is incorrect.

If the offer contains an obvious mistake or error, for example a clearly incorrect price, we are not bound by it.

How the contract is concluded
Your contract with us is concluded at the moment you complete and pay for your order. You will then immediately receive an order confirmation by email. If something in that confirmation is not right, please contact us as soon as possible via contact@bunnyboxshop.com.

Within the legal framework, we may check whether you are able to meet your payment obligations. If there are good reasons for doubt, we may refuse an order or attach further conditions to it. We will always explain why.

Prices
All prices in the webshop are in euros and include VAT. The price that applies to your order is the price at the time of ordering. If a price changes after you have ordered, this does not affect a contract you have already concluded with us. We only apply a price increase within three months of your order if it results from statutory regulations or provisions, such as a change in VAT.

Payment
You pay when completing your order, using one of the payment methods offered in the webshop. If you do not pay on time, we may cancel the order or suspend delivery until payment has been received.

Delivery
We do our best to deliver your order quickly and carefully. You can read exactly how this works, what shipping costs, which delivery times apply and what happens if a parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered in our shipping policy. Until your order has been delivered to you, the risk of the shipment lies with us.

Right of withdrawal and returns

With us you get a 60-day cooling-off period, well beyond the statutory 14 days. Once you register your return, you have 14 days from that notification to actually send the product back to us. For our part, we refund the full order amount, including the shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days of your return notification, provided that you have actually sent the items back to us within that period.

If you have used the product more than was necessary to assess it as you would in a shop, we may deduct an amount for the reduction in value from the refund. How to register a return, what condition the product must be in, who bears the return costs and exactly how the refund works are fully described in our returns policy, including the model withdrawal form. That policy forms part of these terms and conditions.

Warranty and conformity
Every BunnyBox is covered by the statutory warranty: the product must do what you can reasonably expect of it. If a defect arises that is not the result of normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly, your own modifications or improper use, we will arrange a repair, a replacement part or a new product, as also described in our returns policy. These terms do not limit your statutory rights in any way.

Retention of title
A delivered BunnyBox remains the property of DVWZ B.V. until you have paid us the full purchase price, including any additional costs.

Liability
We are liable for damage that is the direct result of a failure attributable to us, up to a maximum of the amount of your order. This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, nor to damage resulting from death or personal injury, for which the law does not allow liability to be limited.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, nor for damage caused by assembly that deviates from the instructions supplied, by improper use or by installation on a surface or at a location that is not suitable for it.

Intellectual property
All text, product photos, the logo and other material on bunnybox.nl are the property of DVWZ B.V. If you would like to use this material elsewhere, please ask us for permission first via contact@bunnyboxshop.com.

Force majeure
If we are temporarily unable to deliver due to force majeure, such as strikes, transport problems or a breakdown at our factory, we may suspend delivery for the duration of the force majeure. If that situation lasts longer than 30 days, either of us may terminate the contract free of charge. If you have already paid for an order that can no longer be delivered as a result, we will refund that amount straight away.

Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, let us know via contact@bunnyboxshop.com. We will respond within two working days and work with you to find a solution. If, unexpectedly, we cannot resolve it together, you can report a dispute to WebwinkelKeur (a Dutch webshop quality mark) via their disputes page.

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to every contract with us. We settle disputes by mutual agreement wherever possible, and otherwise submit them to the competent Dutch court, with due regard for the mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer.

Business orders
If you order as a business, in the name of a company, association or homeowners' association (VvE), the consumer provisions in these terms, such as the right of withdrawal, do not automatically apply. In that case, please contact us and we will agree the conditions together in advance.

Changes
We may amend these terms and conditions. For an order you have already placed, the version that applied at the time of ordering remains valid. The most recent version can always be found on this page.
