How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Your order is carefully packed and tested before it is shipped.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days; we depend on the carrier for this. If you order on a working day before 2pm, your order will usually arrive the next day.
Do I need to install the letterbox myself?
That depends on the model. The BunnyBox Home, Style and Plus come as a self-assembly kit and can be put together in 30 to 60 minutes with ordinary household tools. The BunnyBox Compact is supplied fully assembled and only needs to be mounted. You will find all instructions and assembly videos on the instructions page.
What material are the letterboxes made of?
0.7 mm galvanised steel with a scratch-resistant Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment, in RAL 9005 black, RAL 9010 white or RAL 7036 platinum grey, depending on the model. Made for outdoors, so your letterbox stays looking good for years. Every production run is also independently inspected before shipping.
What is the difference between a letterbox and a parcel letterbox?
A parcel letterbox has extra space so delivery drivers can also leave parcels safely when you are not at home. An ordinary letterbox is intended for post.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 60-day cooling-off period. Send your order back undamaged and complete; get in touch with us and we will arrange it together.
How much warranty do I get on my letterbox?
A 2-year warranty applies to manufacturing defects.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely with iDEAL (and Wero), Bancontact, credit card, PayPal, Klarna (pay later) and bank transfer.
