How we test our letterboxes
Every BunnyBox is independently checked for materials, finish, locking hardware and transport. So you can be sure you're bringing home a letterbox or parcel letterbox that will last for years.
Why we have extra tests carried out
A letterbox or parcel letterbox stands outside for years, whatever the weather. That's why, on top of the factory inspection, we have our production checked by an independent inspection agency before anything at all is shipped to our customers.

An external inspection agency assesses the products using a sample from the batch.

Materials, dimensions, coating, locking hardware and packaging are all checked.
Release & shipping
We only release the batch for shipping to you after it passes inspection.

PassedThe packaging is tested for transport so your letterbox arrives undamaged.

PassedWe check that all parts, screws and the instructions are included.
Independent final inspection
PassedAn external inspector assesses the production run using a sample before we release it for shipping.
