Letterboxes
A BunnyBox letterbox accepts your post and your parcels too. Freestanding in the front garden or on the facade, made of galvanised steel and lockable. So there is always someone home, even when you are not.

What to look for in a letterbox
If you have a front garden or a patch of your own ground by the door, choose a freestanding letterbox. If there is only a facade, the Compact mounts on the wall.
Every BunnyBox accepts letters and parcels. With the Plus, post and parcels go into two separate compartments, so your letters never end up between the boxes.
0.7 mm galvanised steel sheet with Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment, and a key lock on the front.
Four series
All four are made of the same steel and close with the same lock. They differ in where they go, the largest parcel that fits inside and how they look.

Slim column with a wood-effect front and a separate letter slot. For anyone who doesn't want to compromise on their facade.
50 cm wide and the only BunnyBox with separate compartments for post and parcels.
Mounts on the wall and comes out of the box pre-assembled. For spots without room for a column.
Good to know
An ordinary letterbox is made for letters, while more and more of what is delivered to the door is a parcel. In 2025 more than 615 million parcels were delivered in the Netherlands, and 82 percent of them went to a home address. So anyone choosing a new letterbox is increasingly choosing one with a parcel compartment.
Below you can read which type suits your home, what a letterbox in the Netherlands has to comply with and how to choose the right size.
A freestanding letterbox stands on its own base and usually goes next to the front door, at the start of the garden path or by the driveway. There is nothing to build in and you can move it later. The Home, the Style and the Plus are freestanding models from 100 to 112 cm high.
A facade letterbox is mounted on the wall. That is the solution for a home without a front garden, a shared entrance or an apartment with its own front door. The Compact mounts on the facade and comes out of the box pre-assembled.
In the Netherlands there are guidelines for the position and size of a letterbox. The slot should be at least 26.5 x 3.2 cm and sit at a height between 60 and 180 cm, with around 110 cm as the practical ideal. The box should be within ten metres of the public road, in a spot the delivery driver can reach without opening a gate or fence.
The freestanding BunnyBox models fall right within that zone thanks to their height. All the requirements are explained in the article on letterbox requirements in the Netherlands.
With a letterbox that has a parcel compartment, look at the largest parcel that has to fit in one go. The Compact accepts parcels up to 30 x 20 x 20 cm, the Style up to 35 x 32 x 20 cm, the Home up to 37 x 32 x 21 cm and the Plus up to 45 x 32 x 21 cm.
The parcel compartment of a freestanding model is much taller than that single parcel, so a week of orders fits inside. Measure the boxes from your last few orders and read the article on what size parcel letterbox you need.
The Home comes in black, white, grey and black with dark teak, all at the same price. The Style has a wood-effect front for anyone who sees the letterbox as part of the facade. Black suits dark window frames and warm-toned brick, white a light facade, and grey is the least conspicuous.
All models have the same Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating with zinc phosphate pretreatment. So you choose the colour purely on what suits your home.
Yes. Every BunnyBox accepts letters and parcels, so it does the job of an ordinary letterbox and a parcel letterbox at the same time. With the Plus, post and parcels go into two separate compartments.
The BunnyBox Compact. It measures 36.5 x 25 x 45 cm, accepts parcels up to 30 x 20 x 20 cm and is supplied pre-assembled, so all you need to do is mount it.
The slot should be at a height between 60 and 180 cm, with around 110 cm as the practical ideal. The freestanding BunnyBox models are 100 to 112 cm high.

The Home, the Style and the Plus come as a self-assembly kit with instructions for each model. The Compact is supplied pre-assembled.
A delivery driver may leave a parcel in a lockable letterbox with a parcel compartment if the parcel fits. Add a delivery instruction to your order saying the parcel can go in the BunnyBox.
